A great face or heel turn is one of the most satisfying experiences in wrestling. We've done drafts about most things in wrestling, but it seems like face and heel turns provide for a deep enough field to enable a draft if we still have enough active, interested participants to draft anymore.

My tentative criteria for a great turn would be:
1. How well the actual turn was specifically executed;
2. How well the turn got over in the long run; and
3. If applicable, how good the post-turn segment was.

The "if applicable" idea with #3 is that some turns occur over several segments without any specific "oh he's a heel now" moment, and thus really aren't given a post-turn segment to explain them.

This is not commissioner dicta yet, but my idea for criteria purposes is that face turns should be considered to innately have 1.5x value compared to the even-money value of heel turns. To me there can be little question that heel turns tend to be more popular among smarky fans like those on this board, so a multiplier on face turns could even things up a bit and cause face turns to show up a little more. I welcome thoughts on this.
