Saw a stat that said that this will be the 13th time that Orton has faced Sheamus in some sort of PPV match since the beginning of 2010 (excluding Royal Rumbles)
The problem with the hometown rationale is also that Sheamus probably goes over here anyway. Or at least he should. There's not much point to Orton winning matches anymore.
Also another long shot, maybe they lead off because Sheamus cashes in tonight. I dont think its likely, but possibly. Especially if Rollins gets the tar beaten out of him but still holds on to the title against Lesnar
