There's way more historically important promos out there, but those don't have the entertainment value of The Rock's best work and I think this is the best promo he ever cut.

The clear number one pick. The promo that ushered in the greatest era in the history of wrestling. The promo that launched countless catchphrases and t-shirts, and created the greatest character of all time. At the time Austin had a ****ty gimmick and leading up to this wasn't even allowed to write or cut his own promos. He was dying for a chance to finally show what he could do. This was his chance, Austin used this promo to become the most successful in and biggest star in wrestling history. No other promo can match up in terms of historically importance, this is a promo that will be talked about and compared to other promos for many many years to come.

Yeah I was taking Austin 3:16 at #4. I don't know about Dylan's superlatives about it, but it absolutely crushes Punk's shoot given the historical significance and everything else. It was an awesome breakout moment.
