Low key thing i'm weirdly interested in about tonight: (As someone who's watched almost 0 wwe this year)

How exactly is 'Doudrop' (who last I knew of her was feuding with Eva Marie lol) challenging Becky Lynch for the championship at Royal Rumble?

I saw a pic of Becky and that woman on Twitter and I literally didn't know who she was. I've really dropped off in my awareness.

I have no idea who Doudrop is. I have no idea what the card is aside from the Rumble and Brock vs. Lashley. Haven't turned on WWE since SummerSlam. Sad ****.

I wonder how many in this forum are still following WWE weekly.

I also wonder why it doesn't seem to ever matter in WWE's never ending stream of record profitability.

I really can't imagine going back to watching weekly as long as Raw is three ****ing hours.

I don't doubt that each hour of Raw is profitable and that they're making more money by running a three-hour show, but the sheer length of the show just has to drive off a non-negligible number of viewers. I don't see how it couldn't.

I did breeze through SD this morning just to see if anything would peak my interest even more for tonight. Show was totally skippable, down to the (will obviously be replayed tonight) yearly 'Royal Rumble, its all in the numbers!' promo that lasted a shockingly long time.

Brutally painful name aside, the Seth/Roman segment was the only enjoyable thing on the show. There's no face and I'm not sure exactly why WWE would want to put up a despicable heel vs this Roman Reigns character, but they're doing a good job of showing how Seth is the only person thus far who has been able to 'get to' Roman mentally, with all of their history. Seth did most of the talking, but Roman acted the part very well.

Should be a great match.

Must have been Seth's own idea to go with that name. From the mind that brought us "Sparklecrotch."

That's awesome. Won't be home before the ppv starts and don't want to miss either Rumble. When I get stuck with someone terrible in the pool I want to be able to enjoy it as it happens.
