Lock at 10 for High Roller IMO

Worth considering locking at 15 if we struggle for the lower pools

I'm gonna go ahead and expand the High Roller to 15. Sorry to those that objected, but I don't see any reason why not. If for whatever reason people who paid object to that, please let me know and I will refund you.

We will use kdubs suggestion of paying the runner up, with the rest going to the winner.

Adjusted Payouts High Roller
$1050 winner
$150 longest time survived
$150 most eliminations
$150 runner up

Edit: if for whatever reason we don't make 15, the first 10 will be in of course, and I will refund the others.
