I had a theory on Kalisto/ADR hotshot booking that seems kind of silly to post after the fact, but I will because it fits:

Kalisto/ADR wasn't expected to get much of a reaction on Raw, so when it did, backstage the conversation went like this:

"Wow people really got in to that Kalisto win, that was great. Shame we didn't save it for a PPV."

"Yeah.... hey wait"
