(Not a rumble but Batista vs Undertaker (c) in the steel cage, they try to land at the same time but Taker beats him by a second or two and they call it a draw. On the split screen replay they hit "at the same time" but you can see in Undertaker's screen that Batista falls a second after the Batista in Batista's side falls.)

EC should be the may ppv, as it provides easy access to start feuds out of nowhere. Those can stretch out through summerslam, the WM feuds are taken care of by extreme rules, then summerslam can work through survivor series.
