I think this will be better than expected (except the rock.) Nothing groundbreaking but some good enjoyable matches.

For some reason, I'm probably going to put myself through watching this. I'm expecting the absolute worst though.

Rock over Punk

This will probably be some overbooked fiasco that only the love-child of Dusty Rhodes and Vince Russo could enjoy. Don't see any reason why you would make The Rock the champ at all if he wasn't going to be carrying it through the Wrestlemania buildup with whatever added media exposure there is.

Cena/Sheamus/Ryback over The Shield

The Shield obviously being set up to be buried here, unfortunately. I really hope they don't add to it by giving them some figurehead leader after all the work they have put in building themselves up. The WWE has handled them pretty well for the most part so far, but I just know they're going to attach "a name" to them.

ADR over Big Show

Ziggler not being on the card is fishy, but I still don't think we're getting the cash-in here (or if we do; it's a failed cashi-in, cue Chris Jericho).

Elimination Chamber Match: I really don't know which way to go between Jericho and Henry, but it almost assuredly has to be one of them. Henry has been getting a huge push since coming back, and he is the more full-time of the two, so I'll go with him.

Cesaro over Miz

The more I see Cesaro the more I like him. Hopefully he puts this Miz feud behind him here and moves on, but I don't know who against...Christian maybe?

Cesaro is a lock IMO. Kaitlyn probably too but who cares. Team Cena likely wins.

Adding the "Punk can win the belt via DQ or countout" bit makes me think Punk could win the belt that way. He obviously isn't pinning Rocky. Del Rio beats Show, Ziggler cashing in and winning seems possible as well.

If the title shot on the line in the EC was for any show but WrestleMania I could easily see Swagger being the winner. His new gimmick of being a racist who wants to keep people out creates a natural build with ADR. I just doubt they're willing to give him a title shot at the #2 belt at WrestleMania right now. So yeah, if ADR retains and nobody cashes in then it's probably Mark Henry, if Ziggler cashes in then it's probably Jericho or Orton. Kane has no chance and I can't see it being Daniel Bryan either.

I mean they definitely specifically set him up as a perfect opponent for ADR in a feud. I'd just be surprised that they were willing to give him that kind of push right now. I like Swagger but Mark Henry would be a far better choice.

The ADR face turn going so well probably means he is going to be in the title picture, and he is set up for that feud with swagger.

I also see the EC coming down midway through a match tonight, either the Rock/Punk match or the 6-man.

I know there is a small chance of it happening, but I would love it if Brock Lesnar were to intefere in Punk vs Rock, attacks Punk, of course Punk oversells it, therefore disqualifying Rock (loses his title due to the stipulation) and setting up Rock Vs Lesnar at Mania and Punk Vs Cena. I know it won't happen but it would be great if it did.

Seems like in this unlikely scenario that it would go further in setting up a Fatal Fourway at Wrestlemania between the four of them. I don't see any way that The Rock isn't in the title match. I don't like the idea in general and fatal fourways are usually awful; but it would be a way to have a match with all four and having Cena/Punk carry most of the action.

While I see that ADR vs. Swagger looks like a natural fit; I don't think it works well without the belt. ADR has been really good since his face turn (to me at least). Swagger has just come back after a several month hiatus, and he was pretty much in character purgatory before then. His come back doesn't have the same gravitas as a Jericho or even Henry does. If you stuck ADR against Swagger without the WHC it would look more like dropping ADR down rather than elevating Swagger to the casual fan, I would imagine.

Thinking about it a little, maybe a Cesaro turn and Cesaro/Swagger feud would be pretty good.

How about The Shield attacking Punk? This would give him the title as The Rock would be disqualified AND it would prove that Punk/Heyman and The Shield have not been working together. It makes sense the way everything is playing out....but, it doesn't make sense to have The Rock drop the title right now.

ziggler v jericho for the WHC at WM is obviously ideal but i have no idea how ADR wouldn't factor into that match somehow and that would leave a lot of people with nothing particularly viable

I could see this working as something like The Shield coming out, and CM Punk "offers" himself to them to get The Rock disqualified and instead they attack The Rock getting Punk disqualified. They could cut a promo saying how they were "once the voiceless" that CM Punk represented but he has just become like everyone else obsessed with the WWE Title or whatever.

I don't see HHH allowing Brock to get involved in anything but a rematch between the two of them. There is no way HHH would let Brock become involved in the title scene for WM and leave HHH without a program...unless it is the end of an era. Again.

I still can't imagine what they would envision to be a setup for Punk-Undertaker. With Taker not around but for 6 weeks a year anymore, his last three WM builds were all based on WrestleMania the year before.
