I placed I believe 4 times on that leader board and have yet to receive payment. I emailed Titan Poker support and all they said was it is a glitch and they are working on it. What does this mean? It would seem all they have to do is transfer money to our accounts? Or am I the only one not getting paid ?

Firstly, thanks for your faith in us and your kind words.

We are poker affiliates and do not directly deal with the iPoker network. Thanks to our size and popularity on the network we have contacts who can usually help us help players.

Currently, we do not deal with TitanPoker, however they are certainly a name you can trust and this is likely a case of bad organisation.

I think I've got an affiliate manager from EuroPartners (the affiliate program for TitanPoker & Casino affiliates) on my Skype and if you're happy to PM us your screename I'll nudge her and see if there is anything that can be done from her end.

I can't promise anything I'm afraid though :-(

I figured it out, sort of. They want me to verify my account which I have tried to do several times sending them pictures of documents over and over again and they apparently can't read citing the excuse that they are unreadable. They are not perfect pictures but are most certainly readable. I really just feel they are stonewalling me to what purpose I can not think of one. Maybe they are bored.

Heh. That does seem odd indeed.

If it isn't fixed in a while just give me a heads up and I'll do my best.
