Poker770 - the joke Poker770 - the joke

03-22-2012 , 04:56 PM
If anyone is thinking of coming to any room of Ongame, I leave my opinion here, run away from poker770!

After the merger with Chilipoker, stole part of a bonus that I was active in chilipoler, the comedians activated another bonus for me, but not what I had already released into the chili. lololol

My VIP level was 4/6 and moved to 1/9.

The buyns I missed when they merged the software, did not return, and cashout the money that was left there, I did 1 week ago, and not released yet.

If someone is looking for a room to have a headache, come to poker770 otherwise, from experience, do not go near it.

It's hassle for sure!

Ps. I am not paid to post here, just do not want to happen to anyone else who made me a clown.

Sorry my bad english.

Tks,
Ricardo.

Hi Ricardo,

Sorry to hear this.

Were you tagged to a deal with us?

Even if you weren't PM me your username and email and I'll get in touch with Poker770. I'm sure they will rectify the situation and might even give you a tourney token or some gesture to make up for the trouble it seems you've been through.

Hopefully we can crack this one.

Dear Ricardo,

In response to your message, remember that 770 Poker is another site with promotions and different rules.

We guarantee that we made the necessary checks on your bonus and we can not offer any other offer, beyond what we mentioned.

Please understand that offers of Chilipoker Poker and 770 are different, and how to unlock the bonuses. So please accept this situation and query our offerings, we are sure that some will like it.

-----

LOLOLOLOL

luck that

simply ignored the bonus that I had in Chilipoker

offered another bonus for me to do SINCE the beginning. lolololol

NICE TRAP!!!!

I did not ask to come to poker 770! forced me!

if I start doing another bonus, and you repeat the trick and uniting with another room, is missing only 5% of my bonus, I lose him everything AGAIN, and you give me another since the beginning? lolololol

what a trap!!!!!!

congratulations!!!!!

I'll post the scam q so doing, every internet forum about poker I find the all world!

Hi Ricard0,

Did you sign up to ChiliPoker or Poker770 with us? If so please PM me your details and I'm positive we can help you.

If you signed up with another affiliate, I think they should be able to help.

Regardless let us know your situation. I understand you're frustrated, but if you could be a little more constructive I think we can help you,

Jamie

been emailing 770 for weeks to give me my chili bankroll and they always make excuses they have to check if the money was won legally or some bs. best thing is they claim on their website to process every cashout within 96 hours lol im waiting almost 3 weeks now.

im so disappointed that chili quietly walked away without informing peopple and left the their customers with 770 who hold on players rolls, kicks out affiliates, deletes players bonuses and stuff

Hi Christopher,

PM us your details and I'm sure we might be able to speed stuff up for you,

Just to come in from the other side of the coin...I think the transition has been amazingly smooth all things considered. My br was transferred within 24hrs, my r/b payments went through with no issues, and I had a withdrawl to moneybookers processed within 3 days. Was in contact with IpokerVIP in that time, and they answered all questions right away. Much appreciated.

Hi IAMCHEATING,

I'm thrilled to hear that.

We always do the best to take care of our own and Alex (our contact at 770) has been extremely helpful regarding our players.

If you need anything in the meantime just let me know,

Jamie

you're a lucky

Here stole part of the bonus that I had done in chili!!

stole the bis that I lost when the software crashed in the transition from room!!

FPPs that I had the chili are worth less than 25% of worth there!!

I'll do a topic in every forum that I find in the poker world, and let clear that this shamelessness so doing.

ipokervip, no, i'm not a afiliate from 2p2, thats my problem, iam just more one fuc*** by this room.

hey ipoker guy why does things like that even happen that you can not speed your things up without having to post on the forums and then when everybody can read that you make yourself look like a player friendly environment that you guys actually do care......

I was thinking about depositing there but after reading that I will encourage all my friends not to deposit there. Because you can only support people when things go public.

Roll on the next month or so when we change our name.

I somehow know this isn't the last time I'll be saying this:

We are an affiliate. We are nothing to do with iPoker other than the fact we promote rooms on that network.

The name of this account is currently iPokerVIP with the under-title The Euro-Network Affiliates.

If a random person is dropping by and reading the thread, I can totally understand the confusion, but if someone like yourself is actually having a rant against iPoker and this account, I'd at least hope you would have managed to read our account name or under title.

unfortunately the emails that were exchanged with poker770 are in Portuguese, because they are rolling with laughter

Mrs. support, saying he has nothing to do with Chilipoker, it is the poker 770. LOOOOOOOOOOOL

Then it's my fault for having sent me to poker 770 without my wanting?

a council,
Flee THIS ROOM, not be the next victim

Your changing your name? Guess it can be a bit misleading especially if english isnt your first language.
04-12-2012 , 02:25 AM
Yeah maybe I got a bit annoyed there :-) It's just fairly tilting when it's followed with an anti-iPoker rant that obviously took a bit of time to write.

We're changing our name within the next month or two. Nothing major and it will only be better for everyone. I promise!

if u were the one to protect poker770 and speaking behalf of them then I can not understand your tilt...I feel like i offended you somehow though u said that u were just an affiliate...

Same problem here with the "account-transfer" from Chili to 770 - VIP-Status reset + Bonustransfer is lost! That after 6 years on Ipoker...
Can u handle this Jamie?!
04-17-2012 , 06:26 PM
welcome to hell!

sit or lie down waiting for the resolution of your problem!
04-18-2012 , 11:13 AM
Ricardo if i was you id not give them your information, trust me the phone calls are relentless... http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28...light=poker770 no Hijack intended, just that i created account at poker770 and what i got was phonecall after phonecall and email after email, and their mistake of refunding me a money i didn't deserve ended by them giving me 48 hours or they have to contact a financial institution for credit card fraud and file a complaint against me.. for measly 35 dollars they refunded me after i had spent it, if you read my thread that is.. I advice anyone to stay the hell away from this, the only 2 sites i have trusted and now only 1 is PokerStars. No matter the "rigged" debate but Pokerstars has never hassled me through phone and emails nonstop and they just don't make this mistake, they don't send you some money because they locked your account and then realize that you had spent it, they check that fact before they issue a refund!. Poker770 is HELL indeed, and i was so rude to the girl on the phone after a 15minute conversation that she actually responded in a rude manner back! Ill give her actually a big fat plus for standing up and crawl out of this support phone line attitude and be a little rude haha... But i just lost it when she said that it's not my decision that they stop calling me if i repay this error of theirs..

lol.

your topic not open

Hi Don John,

Apologies for my frustration.

I found your post slightly tilting because it seemed as if you were asking why we couldn't do anything to fix these poor user experiences with Poker770. The post was then followed by a small rant about all the issues and seemed to imply how useless we were.

We are just an affiliate, and it was frustrating because if you had taken a fraction of the time you used to write your post, you could have found out who we are and what our role on the forum actually is.

We don't have any real history with Poker770 and I'm by no means trying to defend them. We're paying the price for their lack of organisation too and you can even see that I've posted about that on this very forum.

Anyway, as another poster pointed out, it's just a language barrier thing and you're certainly not the first person to have made the mistake. You just caught be at a bad moment and for that I apologise.

Hi guys,

I've taken the decision to lock this thread.

I am not really equipped to help with many of the issues here and as a company we have very little to do with Poker770.

If anyone who signed up to ChiliPoker with us has any issues with Poker770 please drop us a PM and we will do our best to fix the issue.

If you have Poker770 issues and we are not your affiliate, I'm afraid we're even more limited in the help we can offer you. If you're looking to attract awareness, I think posting in a regs thread, or on one of 2+2's higher traffic forums is probably the way to go.

Good luck everyone,

Jamie
