The hope is that the network becomes more sustainable and a more enjoyable place to play in the long term.
So it's definitely not a home run, I wish it was! It is the best thing for poker though.

They did nothing with the bots issue and I am sure the bots will stay on the network as usual (I remember one of the biggest sites that will stay on Ipoker2 that was offering deals to bot programmers).
Claiming that it will make network more sustainable and more enjoyable is utterly bull****.
If they do want it they would just do something with the bot issue (which they never even tried).
Seriously human regs are maybe 20% of the regs there given the amount of tables bots play and number of hours. There is an elephant in the room (the whole network being bot friendly which makes it almost unplayable) but instead they ignore "the elephant" and just focus on money grab.
It is businees as usual bigger skins want to get better share of the rake so they will **** smaller skins in order to get. Plain simple.
