What the title says... I basically talked to online support just a few days ago about wanting them to disable casino games for me, specifically indicating that I still needed poker available. They said they could get it done, telling me that it will just be casino games that will be disabled, never once informing me about any of the other criteria attached to this. Then the next day I get this email..

After some back and forth telling them its a misunderstanding etc, I get this email..

I never once said to the online support that I wanted poker disabled as well, in fact I explicitly stated to the online support that I ONLY wanted casino games banned and never was I informed of the full consequences of that action. I am also pretty sure there is a record of the chatlog between me the Celeb online support, but would need someone else to confirm that.
What is my next move? I have a good portion of my bankroll on that site right now that I will need to pay bills with/grind poker with...
