Hi, I have a bluffroompoker deal with ipokervip. I have had a a pending withdrawal for a few weeks now and they have stopped responding to my messages.

I was hoping to get some assistance with this cashout and also warn other players from signing up to this skin.

Dear,

Bluffroom is using Merges cashier, and like any other players withdrawals it will be proceed when merge decides to do it, Bluffroom have NO control over the cashier system and have the same conditions like any other merge skin.

Warning other players from playing on Bluffroom is the same as warning all players to play on Merge Network.

Apologize regarding slow reply on your support tickets, we just changed support team so I can assure you that won’t be the case in the future.

As Thomas has stated, it's out of their control as BluffGaming uses the Merge cashier.

If you email me your login name and withdrawal method, I will see if I can expedite the withdrawal for you know and as always will do all I can.
