I love DraftDay and thus far I've done fairly well, and would like to continue doing so. What have you guys been using as a betting strategy? This past week I had good success entering one team into a lot of games, but obviously this method is high variance as if the team fails for whatever reason you make nothing.

Anyone have any suggestions for optimal betting?

I've been thinking about this for a few weeks now... the only thing I've come up with is obv playing a more balanced team in the regular sized games, and going for broke in the larger player pool games by taking more studs and trying to get lucky on some long-shots with potential for break-out games to back them up.

Hope to hear thoughts on strategy from more serious players..

Enter different types of games. H2H, large 50/50s, GPPs, both salary-based and pick'em.

Probably obvious, but try to find undervalued players and/or players who have a particularly favorable matchup that week. Various FFB sites have stats on fantasy points allowed against QB, RB, WR, etc. I try to find players close in the $9K-$11K range who are playing a team that has been giving up a lot against that position on average. Of course, a really detailed analysis would involve reviewing the defensive schemes and evaluating how the offensive scheme does against it, but heck, I'm only doing the freerolls and $1 games, so it's not worth that much of my time.
