Don't use 2p2 enough to know if I'm asking this in he right section .

I recently played and won( brag ) a Venetian deep stack . I don't really play mtts often
Now the juice on the tourney was 30 house and 18 staff and dealers . The mtt total buy in with fees was 300 . Making the juice about 20 percent . I'm wondering what if any tip I should of included . Is the 18 dollars on the Rake a pre tourney tip? so should I have tipped anything at the end ?

Completely up to you man. Maybe if you had a favorite dealer during the tourney then you can walk over and give him something extra. But I believe the $18 already goes directly to the floor + dealers already

I would have figured that I had already tipped 6% of my prize.

So, if your prize was $2300, you effectively have already tipped $138 .

After considering that, you can decide if you want to tip more.

Anything you give a specific dealer he/she is required to give to the toke pool. In theory, you can't toke a particular favorite dealer extra in a tournament. Sometimes dealers are told to say "thank you" and hold on to it until they can turn it in to the toke pool later. Sometimes they say "I can't take it--put your tips in that box over there". In every case, it isn't going in their pocket directly.

So the tournament was 270 plus 30 entry fee and with a 18 for the staff. Everyone who played in the tournament paid this before the start of the game. I would tip a little more.
