Just smile and don't say anything. Don't give away any information unless you have to at showdown. Don't seem like a dick or anything, but the next hand will be dealt and the guy/girl will move on from the question.

I find it tilting to lose a hand to a idiotic player (in the sense they don't quite know what the hell they're doing). So, I thought it'd be funny to start responding in a similar way, but ya gotta watch out for the players who will think you're trying to be a smart ass. If anyone's ever seen the movie The Grand, one of the characters is an online wizard (ala Viktor Blom-ish) but acts as if he never played and was making moves at random. He has tons of awesome lines to say back to certain questions.
