I said MAYBE you've never had a meaningful job. That conclusion is implied by your apparent inability to recognize that one can gain happiness and satisfaction by doing something worthwhile.
What I do for living isn't terribly relevant to the issue. Do you seriously need examples of people who don't work for non-profits, but who have meaningful, worthwhile jobs?
How about a doctor?
I always have a little bit of time to make a M******* feel stupid. A graduate degree, and you still can't debate at a high school level. Sure don't mind throwing that ego around, do you there skippy?

Unless you're actively helping out for a non-profit every day, that argument holds zero merit as all you're doing in most professions is making your employer money.
There's my statement. YOU were the one saying about how I couldn't imagine a meaningful job that doesn't involve working for a non-profit. I said no such thing. And as for the first part of the statement: holy literalitis, Batman. Obviously there are other jobs besides working for a non-profit that are of value to society, Captain Literal. That was one example that I chose to use.
Wait, was it your friend who went to grad school while you dropped out? You cannot be this dense. Or are you one of these clowns who is rocking a 184 IQ but has to have everything explained to him anyway because he cannot go a sentence without arguing semantics?
Oh spare me the wordplay; you're not terribly good at it. I've been the one preaching that money isn't everything in the thread, but now I don't know the value of doing something worthwhile. Ooooook.
And as if those two sad, sad examples of your debating prowess *guffaw* weren't enough, we are still left with the inescapable fact that you have neither the intent nor the ability to prove the point you were so poorly trying to struggle through, so now you're going to try to bury me under niggling points, I suppose (not that you're having any luck there).
You do know that three other people in this thread have also pointed out to you that your argument holds no water, right?
I'm sure you're a very good theoretical widget rejuvenator(that's my term for your magical secret profession), but it's not surprising you cannot see how other people could make a comfortable living playing poker. In addition to the self-esteem of a 14 year old(HAY GUYZ I MAKE SO MUCH MONEY), you also seem to have the common sense of a ****ing doorknob.
But really though, thanks for proving that money and brains aren't everything. You're still a pompous ass.
We'll all be waiting for you to prove your point, btw.
