To everyone asserting that the "all-in" guy with no cards should be forced to give up his stack, what do you do if he refuses?

I would've taken the "heckler's" comment as a signal that maybe he folded a Q.

OP: would you even be making this thread if villain wound up insta-calling you after the "All in" comment?

Personally, I don't like it when outsiders make any comments regarding the hand that's in progress, but tbh, I don't think this guy owes anything ($) to you either. He should get a stern talking to from the Floor, though. If the dealer didn't satisfy the situation properly enough for me, and/if I heard this guy making comments like this in the future? I would call for the Floor AT the table ASAP whether it was me involved in the hand or not. And of course, if they choose to 86 him, then so be it. But I think a stern warning usually does the trick.
