6 handed, part of a mix, unusual structure: 22/44 with 16.58 ante and bring-in

3rd: I bi with (74hh)2c, 3s fold, 9s fold, 5h completes, 3h fold, 2s raises to 38.58, I call, 5h calls
4th: hero with (74hh)2c2d and villains have xx5Khh and xx2sQd, do I lead? Pot is 232.22

If the unusual structure impacts your answer, then imagine this were a regular spot where it went complete and 2 bet with these cards

Antes are very very large. If I'm reading it right, there are 4.5 sb in antes six handed! The 5h opener should be decently legit with wheel cards behind but with such big antes there should be a stealing dynamic where you consider 3betting third street. a deuce reraising a 5 may not be it but something to consider.

Knocking out players in bigger pot is more preferred over playing our value honestly than with "regular" antes. Bigger pot makes leading less effective in that regard. And I don't think you have enough honest value to just lead; it's close at best. Checking might still be worse as people are going be more often correct in the "bet or take a free card?" decision than in flop games where I check-and-see in analogous situations all day. Whether you think they know you can't really have trips probably tips the scales if our lead can get punished. Or maybe you can have trips, idk. On balance, I vote check and play goot on fifth.

I don't have a big experience, but I think you should bet. Most likely 38-39% equity. Vs two guys...Even 34-35% is enough for bet. Some people don't like those hands , low cards + pair, some people thinks this is a good hand. I as well...I talk for the 3th..., let's say (55)2, but this is similar. Yes (74)22 , worse (for bluff), but similar...

Cant imagine why in the world you would check. Have to have equity edge vs 2 people who caught paint.

+1. As Munga said, with antes this ginormous people should be playing a lot looser so your flat of the raise on 3rd doesn't rep much strength. If you have any prayer of getting villain(s) to fold on 5th, you have to rep strength now. If they both brick 5th, they might fold to a possible 222, or AA22, KK22. This would be a ++++EV spot for you.

Ok thanks all, I bet and had to fold 5th when they both caught good so I wanted to double check 4th

One caught an open pair and the other an onsuit low card, IIRC

Ok, it's your money but villains just vaguely catching "good" doesn't mean an auto fold on 5th. The antes here force you to play looser to play correctly, and that doesn't just apply to 3rd st.

Yeah partially why I retroactively became skeptical of my 4th street bet was having to fold 5th but I felt that a low open pair with no high cards over my opponent’s open pair coupled with the other opponent having a smoother low draw equaled a fold. Regardless this board will get me in some tough spots on 5th and it would be interesting to run through some more scenarios.
