8 handed. Do not remember exact discarded cards by other players. It was like three lo cards and 3 hi cards.

Player1 board: (XX)6h5c5d3c

Player2 board: (6s2d)AhQc3dJd

3rd Street: Player1 Bringins. Three folds before Player2 raises. Player1 calls.
4rd Street: Player1 donks. Player2 calls.
5rd Street: Player1 bets. Player2 calls.
6rd Street: Player1 bets. Should Player2 fold or call?

Player2 has the lead with the high board, I assume he check/called 4th.

Depending on the structure, there are some folds to be considered:

4th: Possible fold if Player1 is a nit and has a strong range vs an Ace that raises into a field in a low ante structure. It's closer than most think as Player2's about 2:1 dog in all-in equity with implied odds working against him, and needing more like 3:2. However, typical structures vs typical opponents are a peel here in today's games.

6th: Getting 5.5:1 on 6th in most structures, Player2 is around a ~6:1 dog as his scooping potential has nearly run to 0, fold is fine.

stooooop you can't fold 4 with A26Q there. 6 i agree is a fold. It's a bad spot and also a RIO spot because you have to call the river with any lo or any hi that can beat his board

Thanks! Can you elaborate more on deriving the scooping potential of Player2 at about 6:1?

When Player1 calls Player2's raise, if Player1 a typical player, what range you would assign to him? What range you would assign to a nit in the situation?

Re-read my reply, structure and player (not and/or) dependent.

I think you mis-read it, scooping potential is 0.

Quickly:

Any two low, any three suited, any pair (wide but typically it is.)

Eliminate razz hands and most pairs, and two-suited is more low-drawn.

I'm not so sure that there's any realistic situation where I'm folding that on 4

Sorry about that! I wanted to understand how did you obtain the estimate that "Player2 is around a ~6:1 dog".

Thanks again!

Most never consider it.
