So the database that pokertracker uses by default is "Access". On the left of that window, next to where it says "Holdem" or "Stud" or "Omaha" there's a selection box, change it to "Access" and the other options will change to "File" and then give you a "select file" button.
Use "Select file"
Browse to where you have installed the related pokertracker (each pokertracker will be installed in a different directory, like c:\Program Files\Poker Tracker Stud\)
The pokertracker databases are usually named something like "ptrack1.mdb" in that directory. If you've created more they might be "ptrack2.mdb" etc or have different names if you've renamed them. You can find the name of the file by going to File->Maintain Database names. For access databases, the file name is in the last column of that display.
Hope that helps! PM me if you need any details.
