Normally I play quite straightforward but was in money - 10 players left and I was the last one. Not too good with these spots and ranges I should try to steal or go ahead
Both opponents are quite tight and against random hands I suppose I have around 1/3 of equity.

1. Is my hand ok to risk rest of the chips here
2. What kind of hands would you normally play/steal with in this spot considering there is not much fold equity ?

I'll start by saying any icm decision depends on the other stacks and steepness of payouts, and also what the money may mean to you.

This seems here like a semi-steal where your hand does have pretty solid equity. If you were one position later, I wouldn't think twice about completing here, unless you're on a meaningful payjump. As it is here, seems close and I say this with low conviction but I would complete.

Fourth street, I do wonder if this is an icm check/call as he's pretty much never folding, sometimes raising, and there are some 5ths you can fold if your catch poor and he catches well.

The converter seems to get messed up by Stud games and it looks like it is 3000/6000.

I would look to get my last 1.5 big bets in good. Against like 2 high cards and the bringin, it is an easy steal. However, I don't like committing with AK5 where you often have no pair and no low draw after 5th street.
