We are dealt [Ac 3c] 2c (I am trying to find the hand history but no significant dead low cards).

10s raises

Ah calls

We raise. 10s and Ah both call.

[Ac 3c] 2c 10h
[] 10s 4h
[] Ah 6h

[] Ah 6h bets / call / call

[Ac 3c] 2c 10h 6c
[] 10s 4h Jh
[] Ah 6h 10c

We bet / 10s raises / Ah cold calls

We three-bet. Standard?

Clearly, pushing our value is standard. I'm still waffling on whether betting or check-jamming gets more. I think we're better able to balance checking than betting.

I think the likelihood that the in between player doesn't bet when checked to is very low, especially given the Ah coldcall on 3rd. Recalling the arrangement of upcards would help.

Big antes in a full game would certainly help the case for leading, too. But 4.5 bets of action alone seems to provide significant value if getting hu improves our equity on the order of ten percent.

Yeah, 3b Fifth is fine. If you're getting short in a tournament you can flat but in cash I also consider raising Fourth. You have plenty of equity against a low hand and if the Th sees another Ten die and thinks he's in the middle of something he may fold right there, which we like, and if he does fold it's unlikely to get 3b back at you when you represent a hi hand like that.
