Short stack facing a pot committing bet when behind

So this is the final table of the tourney and the big stack seems to be the kinda player who likes to exploit icm factors against the other players. That said even if he was playing trash before he now has me beat and is ready to drive the nail into my coffin. So should I commit now or fold and wait for a better spot?

Also this is the payout structure so the math geeks can figure out how icm factors into my decision.
1 $50.32
2 $35.87
3 $28.14
4 $22.74
5 $18.52

Thanks guys. Oh and if anyone is wondering this is a HORSE tourney and I'm much better at the community based games. So in those games I wouldn't have to ask what may be an obvious question like this one.
