On FadedSpade.com current programming only allows Player B to call or fold.
Then the current programming is BS, because it's definitely allowed for player B to raise there. Sometimes poker software has glitches like this, especially in less popular games like razz. I would contact support, and if the site has a page with the rules of razz then link them to it. If not, google razz rules and copy link to a reputable site.
