Oh, my job is so hard, I grind all day.

Then I get this table-draw in the 82$ Stud Hi...

Seat 1: TheBlackFox (7030 in chips)
Seat 3: fred_volpe (1105 in chips)
Seat 4: Ceegee87 (7640 in chips)
Seat 5: Huxelallstar (6710 in chips)
Seat 6: jakoon1985 (6080 in chips)
Seat 7: I myself (2330 in chips)
Seat 8: alladin05 (5455 in chips)

Ceegee has moved to Germany, as I just saw.
If you read this, ceegee: Where do you live? Berlin or Hamburg, maybe?

Edit: Just got my PS-chat back, and ceegee is in fact in Berlin now, hehe

I don't think he "lives" in Berlin though. As far as I can tell, he's a cyber-hobo.

Note: there's nothing wrong with that. Be careful out there, though. Sometimes when I get a really bad beat I have to stab a hobo to let off some steam. As you do.

what is the best way for a shorthanded big bet specialist to learn to beat ring stud games?

The best way?

Join a $0,04-0,08 stud hi table and fold every hand you got for 2 hours. How have to learn how to be patience and wait for the best hands playable hands.

If you want to learn stud, buy the bible: Seven-card stud for Advanced Player by Ray Zee.

No offense, but this is poor advice. Most stud games these days will have medium to large antes and multiway pots. Really beating them will require playing some marginal hands in a profitable way, as well as maximizing profit with premium hands.

Yo Dolmren/banksy11/whatever other names you use,

Stop begging people for money relentlessly on Skype, (and whining when declined).

Sincerely, probably lots of people

In the next 29 days? I guess there's always a nonzero chance that someone from Chicago will make it south of the border in December without much planning.

Does anyone here know of someone that has experience playing Stud Hi (either online or live) at the minimum midstakes but ideally the highest level consistently available that would be willing to offer an intensive crash course for a player essentially starting with a loose grasp of fundamentals? I would be willing to either pay whatever appropriate hourly rate or swap coaching in any game of their choosing. My bread and butter game online was PLO and in the years since Black Friday I have transitioned into a successful live mixed game player consistently playing stakes anywhere from 3/600 to 1/2000, so any game in a typical mix I am adept at teaching. Please DM me; thank you!
