We've done this last few FTOPS, 2 FTOPS ago we had a big score in the razz with someone in this forum, my friends and i are looking for a hand full of people to stake so use this thread to sell yourself.

I guess I'll give this a shot.

I post pretty regularly in this forum, am profitable at all Stud games, but would say Stud Hi is my weakest. I still think I'm definitely +EV in this field, but don't feel comfortable playing on my own dime.

I'm looking for a stake for a FTOPS STUD event. I play almost exclusive HU Sng's razz; just started with STUD Hi's. I have a very small sample size in stud tourneys but I have went deep in majority Ive entered. Ill be honest in that I'm a low stakes player with buy ins ranging from $5-$10; I'm way over-rolled and a huge BR NIT. A score in this kind of tourney means a huge boost in BR that would put me comfortably in higher buy-in hu sng's as Id love to continue my focus there. I have references from previous stakes...PM me if interested! Thanks for the opportunity in advance!

my guess is no one else needs to get staked for the event that wants to play. there's probably less than 10 regular posters on the forum who play Stud. we're not a very big group. seems to be more Stud8 and Razz posts these days.

I'd be in, I mostly play stud8 but am a decent stud hi player as well. I play a lot of stud8 HU SnGs in the 50 range and have done well (12% ROI) Also not sure on my stud8 SnG ROI but I am a long term winner. I've won a stud8 MTT and done well in others. I haven't played stud lately, but still consider myself pretty decent. PM for more info if desired.

Also did they already have a stud8 event or are they not having one? I couldnt seem to find one.

Ok, I'll give it a shot. I supported myself playing Stud Hi exclusively for over a year playing up to 5/10 regularly on various sites prior to the UIGEA. I have played as high as 10/20 and have played only a few MTT's - mostly stud 8. As for now, I play low stakes on occasion for fun as I have a full-time job outside of poker. A recent house purchase has left my bankroll pretty low so a steak would be nice as I would love to play the tournie.

OP, if it's any help, the last two times I played the FTOPS, I bubbled a FT and bubbled cash in the Razz events.
