Saw that, it's definitely not Stud 8 that some opined
I don't think any limit game can be considered imo

They are talking about skills and skill gaps. I think the game with the biggest gaps at the WSOP is at stud high. There are "pros" playing it in mix games that really don't have a clue.
The game where I see the most resistance to common sense is PLO.

Well even if we are talking about skill gaps at WSOP, have to factor in the cost of mistakes
In Stud High mistakes may be fractions of bets but in big bet pot games some very bad mistakes for stacks can be made in games such as PLO and PLO8.

It should be Carribean Stud

my opinion on stud8 is there's a huge gap between fish and good players and there's a very small gap between great players and decent players. The equities run fairly close and a nitty style in stud8 is usually good.

To explain more of my reasoning in Stud8 the up cards basically tell you what to do on every street.
if I start 34 | 7
Villain has xx | 6
If one person binks and the other bananas it's easy to figure out how the betting will go.
If one person we both bink it's pretty easy to play also
If we both brick you can come up with a pretty simple strat on what to do.
And if it's multiway there are very few spots that are gross to play
