3rd you can mix raises with flats vs a strong utg range for balance if you like.
Cant really fold anywhere when he catches 2 live cards. You could talk yourself into having a chance of folding if your opponent always checks nine and bets better on 7th, but he caught live cards and could bluff 2pr + brick so i think you're just stuck here
