I hope they have hole cards for all games somehow, or at least all but triple draw. I know they have the software for hold em and Omaha, so those should be fine, although O8 requires some additional software. PokeGo has never streamed stud but WSOP has so hopefully they got that tech. The only ever draw poker broadcast with hole cards ever AFAIK was a 2-7 NLSD final table broadcast from WSOP that aired on WSOP in something like 2007 (it's on YouTube). 2-7TD is probably the game I'd most like to see with hole cards so it'd be awesome if they could figure something out.

Good point about the draw cards; I don't think I've seen that either. PokerGo did the WSOP streaming for mix games, so they should have that all setup.

Day 1 was Monday, Day 2 is today, only the FT is streamed as with the rest of the other events.

Was playing the other night and the dealer accidentally mucked my upcard. I had a three flush so I could not remember exactly what my upcard was except it was a heart. Players were ribbing me, look at this good player who doesn't know what his card was.

I got the money I put into the pot back but one guy was saying I was responsible for protecting my hand. Seems tough to protect my board though, I guess I need to bring four card protectors or hover over the table like a banshee?

To be honest, I never fully understood the entire protect your hand thing and how a one ounce piece of plastic or metal can save your life.

I play some home games on Stars, but don't know how to play for 'official' money. I haven't thought about it in ten years. Is there any money to be made there?

Stars 8 game runs semi-regularly at 1/2, 2/4, 4/8 and the occasional 10/20 but outside of weekends it's usually short-handed. Any higher than that appears to be mostly heads up or 3-4 handed at most ... actually saw Zigmund (Ilari Fin) playing 100/200 this past weekend 2-3 handed but no classic chats to share.

Stud and Horse rarely runs anymore at any stakes

Stud 8 and Razz still run at low stakes regularly

I don't know of any sites for Canadians that run mixed games outside of stars though.
