good nuggets, sucks this thread didnt take off.
as a new stud/8 I am glad you guys said you have to be patient. when I play i feel i was too nitty, like I was trying to find the hands we shoudl play. but **** DAMN i felt I wasnt playing right with how much folding I had to do.
the problem with stud8 is that the gap from an good to great player is larger than in any other poker form that I know of IMO. there are so many little tricks/edges/ things you pick up that can be a major difference

how often are we playing hands with a 7?
I won task about catching bad on 4th becuase there seems no real good tl;dr for it but I will ask, in smaller loose games, is is it correct calling with strong hands in these type of games, even if I have 245 no suits? I sstill feel i want more people in the pot, even if it was suited? when should we raise hands like these
