Lead, there is no good reason to believe you will get the chance to xr and the boards that caught a q are less likely to cold call 2 bets if the 54xx bets anyway, there is also a chance you will get to bet/3!

Flatting 3rd is fine, you should throw your hand away a lot on 4th, so no point in spending more to do so.

Fourth definitely lead, The 54 board ought to raise you some of the time, and then you get to decide whether to b/3b or sandbag and c/r Fifth.

limping 3rd is perfect. I think anything else is a fairly large mistake - way too strong to fold closing the action and way too weak 97 ways to complete. You absolutely have to lead 4th
