Dunno about rooms outside of the WSOP/Rio, but last year there were daily 50-100 OE games and almost daily 50-100 stud8. As for smaller stud8 at WSOP, during the two weeks I was there I don't recall seeing it get off too much, although I recall seeing some 10-20 or 20-40 OE games.
Outside of WSOP, Bellagio would probably be your best chance.
Last year starting in May and through the WSOP, the Orleans was getting a 12/24 game going. Hasn't gone this year though, and seems less likely now that a lot of the guys are playing the new 15/30 O8. Personally I'd love to see that change to a two way game though.

Looks like it just died, but it was actually a mix of stud 8 and omaha 8, I guess they didn't know how to list that on bravo. Game was announced yesterday on Facebook's Horse and mix game updates group. Anyone interested in future games should join that group.
