I have been watching Bravo and Poker Atlas to check out the 20/40 activity in both these places since Encore opened.

I am kind of surprised that Foxwoods normally has more activity. For example, today there have been 2-3 tables there, while Encore still does not have a game running. 7 people currently waiting. This seems to be consistent, regarding the relative strength of the game.

Anyone here check out Encore for stud yet? Stud there seems to be consistently precarious. All the chatter at Foxwoods pre-Encore, was how most of the action would shift to Encore. Has not happened from what I can tell.

Any predictions on whether Foxwoods will continue to attract more Stud players? Or thoughts on why Stud at Encore has not been stronger?

EDIT - not to mention that there also two 75-150 games running at Foxwoods right now as well.

I haven't been back to FW since Encore opened so I can't comment on the relative quality of the games in the past 4 weeks. But the 20 games at encore have been as good as anything at FW when I played. It's a time game, down to $8 per half from $9 when it started. I'd like to see the ante bumped to $4 or $5 but I can't always get what I want.

Higher stakes games are more subjective, ime. There's probably 2-3 reasons why the 75 S runs and 80 S does not. I have my sights set on 40/80 with 10/10, starting with S and seeing where that takes us. I've yet to see it run but im not paying close attention.
