In a casino, the ante is usually $.50, but I would make it $1 HU with a $2 force. Since it is HU, most hands are going to be played loose, so I would have about 30 big bets ($300). I would think that it would be tough to have a freeze out and lose $300 within 3-4 hrs HU (especially with no rake), but admittedly I've never done it.
