Does anyone have any reliable data on average hands per hour in a live game with auto shufflers? The Encore Boston spreads a 20-40 with $9/ half hour time collection and wanted to compare the numbers with a $5 take.

I spoke with a couple of dealers today that estimated an average of 12-15 hands per down.

25-30 hands per hour seems about right.

Generally speaking, the time collection method saves players money.

If it's stud hi you get slightly more hands than stud8 I have a lot of hours in stud8 and it's roughly 21 hands full ring.

Also note this is at Rio where the tables in the king's room are obnoxious and you have to double check the dealers chopping the pot correctly.

I'd assume stud hi will get like 24ish hands an hour full ring.

At $9 collection it would take $144 off of the table every hour. A $5 max take would take off probably a couple few bucks less than that, but not much of a difference.
