LOL! It's so true! Hey, were they doing that hesitation before I even limp my poor hand is so weak polka, along with it? I like it, though. They don't seem to realize playing their hands face-up gives their opponents an advantage. My favorite return move is the hesitation my hand might have a brick in it should I stay in flat call.

Does this mean all the staking threads are going to be moved in future? Or was it just your personal one that was suddenly subject to a rule that hasn't been in force around here?

The ruling I got from the mods was that all staking threads need to be in the staking forum and not here, and that will apply to future offers by anyone. I am totally onboard with the policy because it's meant to prevent people from getting scammed, and there is far too much of that going on these days.

CANT WE BE FRIENDS!?!?!?!

So I'm in the 8-seat of the Horseshoe $40-$80 HORSE game, killing it, up about two grand. In a stud-8 round a Nine in seat 2 brings it in (another Nine in seat 1) two Jacks fold, a Queen folds, I complete on a steal with (J T) A. The Ten in the 9 seat folds and I just need to get through the seat 1 Nine and the Bring and I'm golden.

The dealer is huge, like a walrus in a tuxedo. Just enormous. I can't see past his belly to what's going on in the 1-seat, but I eventually see the dealer pull two little piles of chips in to the pot. The dealer says "Raise." The B-I mucks and I muck. My hand is super dead and for the Nine to raise my completion he must have something.

Only then do I realize that the dealer said "raise" erroneously, and the 1-seat just called the completion by putting four chips in piles of two. I have Matusowed. I mucked to a call, occasioned by being belly-hooked by the dealer.

I should mention that this dealer has proven himself inept in this game. On a previous trip he mistakenly pushed the pot to the wrong player (awarding an unearned scoop) on three successive hands of O8, and tonight he read a player's hand as Kings-up when he had a flush.

Whatever, I did fine. That game is like petting a kitten it's so good.

This would work if I wasn't in the exact same situation except 3045090x worse because I live in Cali. I'm drunk 5 nights of the week and have to do other ****. Don't neglect your 2+2 duties, person who is a year+ older than me.
