Are you talking about on 3rd or on 4th?
On 3rd I see no reason to raise the 2nd time around. when someone does a LLR it is usually going to be aces so you are drawing if you continue on and you can't be too worried about seat 5 with 4 dead diamonds and other connecting cards out. The Ace is going to take the lead likely on further streets so you will be in position for a knock out raise if you pair up.
On 4th, bingo! I'd wait for a big bet street to raise as you are way ahead now unless you hit the unlikely AAA and then all you can say is OH WELL...the same amount of money goes in as raising on 4th if seat 5 folds except it is either harder for seat 5 to call against a 2 BB raise or he catches a second pair or something to tie him on which is even better.
