20-40 stud hi - anyone call here? 20-40 stud hi - anyone call here?

My hand is 556. One club is dead. My primary and secondary straight outs, and fives are all live.

I am in seat 6.

I call the BI. Seat 7 who is on tilt raises with T. He is calling or raising virtually every hand. Seat 8 makes it two bets with a K door. Folds around to me. Kings live. One ten dead. Fold or call?

Fold unless it's a shorthanded game where the high card has been getting out of line. Full ring fold.

You have enough equity to continue vs either opponent alone, in third place you will get ruined if you get stubborn in these spots.

Given the two dead cards as highest on board and the read of Seat 7, I either complete here to set off S7 or if I have a good read on xxK, I'd even consider re-raising.

As played, fold, yep.

Personally i would just fold the first time round because it's difficult to play the hand profitably and a bunch of people are behind with overcards/i don't know how interested people are in the hand/i don't know how expensive it's going to be to play my hand (i figure this hand is going to need to improve to win so i want to get there for a price i'm comfortable with), and in my opinion it's not likely enough i have the best hand right now.

If it was in late position folded to me, it would be different, because now i can nick the antes and maybe get calls by worse hands, like the bring in's deuces

That being said i am in need of a stud coach, so take what i say with a pinch of salt
