It's a bit of a loose raise on 3rd. Can I fold 4th, 7th? All thoughts appreciated.

imo:
1) not a loose raise, although i see the dead ones are bad for you
2) yeah 4th 5th and 6th are folds imo

on 4th you bricked out and its a pretty small pot so pot odds not on your side, so just fold

on 5th you caught good but he caught better. the bet doubled. fold.

on 6th you are looking at 4 cards which can beat your low and while you have a low, it's not good enough, so what draw do you have? you can't draw to beat his low, you can only tie at best. you might outdraw his low if he only has a 7, but you have very few outs for that. you also have no real high hand which lets you escape. OK, so AQ high winning for the high side is a thing sometimes, but not against 4 to a 6 with an ace showing. and yes, you have an open ender. but like i said, 6543A probably isn't going to be enough, and if you're going for the the 8 high straight, well, you're drawing to only maybe get half the pot.

all this inside a relatively small pot. i like folding

Hand looks good to me. A46 is a good hand. The notion that the open is "loose" or, god forbid, "too loose" pains me.

Other thing to mention is the villain caught the cards you needed when a number of cards you needed were already dead on 3rd. That's a big deal.

I wouldn't fold at any point.

How much worse do we need to catch to fold 4th?

There are only 6 cards in the deck worse, so if someone isn't folding that one, they probably aren't folding any.

The Ace overcard and relatively smooth A26 three-card make peeling Fourth totally standard. There are tournament considerations that would sometimes make it a fold but in cash I'd peel.

After that folding at any point would be a mistake.

This is one of those hands where I'm thinking 'damn it! I've got just enough to call down.' So that's what I do and pray to get a half bec I sure can't find the fold button in this spot.

Folding 5th would be insanity. Villain should/will be auto betting 5th with any 2.

i think 5th is close and 4th is really really close.

i think it depends if villain reraises their bring-in, which we do not know.
