I have never seen one card exposed by a dealer bringing it into the muck in almost 5 years, except when a player exposes it while mucking.
Every business or casino always has room for improvement, no matter how successful they are and the one improvement I would like to see is taking list jumping more serious. Today a 2/5 game was called and one too many people showed up. The floor was called and he found a regular jumped from another table, so he was asked to get up and go back. Maybe if there was some kind of penalty such as picking him up (after a warning) and moving him to the bottom of the list or asking them to come back tomorrow, they won't do it anymore (you know who you are. It's very selfish and disrespectful.)
I know there are some regulars who routinely jump the list. The dealer asks them for their card and swipe them right in. However, this is not the supervisors giving them special treatment as previously claimed. Every poker room has people who think they can outsmart everyone and not have to wait on the list. But if there were penalties when caught, maybe they won't do it anymore.
It would be great if there was a way to put their initials into the bravo screen to make sure their card matches up, and it will also get rid of all those dumb nick names (action larry, superman, cookie monster, etc.)
