Yep, sounds true to me.
Pretty much everything has to be approved by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. A lot of other PA casinos have just recently set their rake amounts and were building their poker rooms, hiring their staff, etc. without knowing the exact rate. I'm sure we will find out soon since the room is scheduled to open next month.
