my understanding from someone that has the app that this is correct GPS must reflect that you are in RI.
my question is do I have to be a RI resident?

It does use GPS. You don't have to be a resident, but you must be within the state of RI in order to place a bet or deposit money.

Floors used to tell me that 5/10 NL and 20/40 limit were highest gaming would allow. Did rules change or were they (unsurprisingly) wrong? What’s rake and buyin range on the 10/20?

If someone posts a list of all the buyins/rakes for every game offered I can edit it into the main post

All I know is

$1/$2 NLHE = $?? to $300 / $5 rake
$2/$5 NLHE = $100 to $500 / $5 rake
$5/$10 NLHE = $200 to $1,000 / $7/time (every 30 minutes)

$1/2 was $60 min from open thru May and I assume it hasn’t changed since then

I don’t know any of the details, but I do know that there was a blackjack tournament on Saturday.

That makes sense then. She didn't say what kind of tournament.

Based on the floor last night (and every night for the past couple of years), they just can't handle a tournament.

tried to sign up for online sports betting at the cage - was told I could only sign up in the sports book

Walked upstairs where it took exactly 23 minutes for the shift manager to photocopy a drivers license and write down my SSN

lol

Manager was former DMV employee,
so 23 minutes is a big improvement from his old job

Its nice to be able to sports bet but the line is always brutal even during non peak hours. Also could they move line back a little? the guys in line are like 2 inches behind you and can see what your betting and how much.

First of all, I pretty much use the app 99% of the time. I find it to be the easiest, unless you need to work in cash. Otherwise I've been using the kiosks and find them to be surprisingly good. You will have to cash the ticket at the window though.

What has the T/20 scene been recently? Is it still consistently running on Tuesday? Does it run any other day of the week?

Do any limits games run at all? I know stud used go on fridays and 3-6 would run on Saturdays but I haven’t seen either in a long time. Do they play during the week?

I haven't seen stud go there in ages. 3-6 LHE sometimes.
