I know that this has been talked about before, but can we discuss how rude/unprofessional the majority of the workers are? I stepped up to the cage when the window was open and the lady ignores me for 10 or 15 seconds while she moves around paper clips or something and then scolds me saying that "next time you need to wait until you're called." I killed her with kindness and deliberately stood back a few feet and waited to be called when I was cashing out.
And then of course the floor. There are a couple of awesome floor guys (Jimmy, etc) but others are the worst.
So, my name gets called and approach the floor: "Hi. John P., 2-5."
"So?"
"I'm next on the list, you just called my name."
"I don't know anything about that."
"Umm ok. Well, here's an open seat at the 2-5, I guess I'll sit here..."
Gives a weird look and walks away without saying anything.
I could go on and on. I'm not looking for much but where is the basic customer service? These people act like they're printing license plates.
