Ugh, didn't realize this. Was thinking New York is smoke-free.

What's the smoking situation in the poker room? Maybe I'll skip my planned debut trip to TS while on vacation in the Finger Lakes this summer.

No smoking in the poker room, but I've rarely left the place without my hair and clothes smelling of smoke.

Great news. It is the one thing I hate about the place. Otherwise I really enjoy it.

Will the poker room be quiet tonight because of the Oscars? Or busier than normal? I haven't been up on a Sunday, but thinking about making the haul.

Think I should?

The promotion this past weekend was nice. It really drew a large crowd. I can't remember how long it's been since I had to wait for a seat at 1/2 there but I did this weekend.

I had a high hand jackpot locked up for 90 minutes with QQQQK but, I got beat within the last 30 min.

Even with the promotion the play was soft and easy at 1/2 as usual. My friend at 2/5 said the play there over the weekend was equally easy.

Got kicked out of the poker room for 24 hrs lol.

Made a 160BB hero call on the river and lost. Got so mad at myself I kicked a chair over. Staff escorted me to the parking garage. Well handled.

Ok guys don;t feel like looking through the whole thread so I apologize if this has been answered already. When i used to visit TS 8-9 years ago there was no liquor license. I believe I heard they had one now. Do they serve alcohol on the casino floor or just in restaurants?

They serve on the floor. Can't remember if it cost money or not

Okay Michael,
If the May Championship series is not set in stone I would like to suggest a Senior's tournament and a Bounty tournament within a day of each other. I'd like to see them near the beginning of the tournament but with the Sr. maybe on a Friday and the bounty on Saturday.
Okay I've made my request.

I think the schedule IS "set in stone". Though not posted on the site yet - they did have the flyers available for players at March Mania. IIRC the dates were 5/10-5/20

If the damn thing has been "set in stone" since March Mania, why not put it up immediately so those of us who work for a living can make plans??? I have the kind of job that requires a lot of scheduling to get away for a long weekend or a midweek fling. What is the big secret? The Website should be updated and this thread should have something on it from at least the casino to keep it up on the board. Come on Mike, if you won't post on the Website, at least give the information here.

I'm not Mike - he goes by NoGimmicks on here. I simply commented on your post because I saw the flyers out on the desk for players to grab.

Someone always posts a thread in the MTT-Live forum with the info. You can find it here

I appreciate it A-8s/ I know Mike was NoGimmicks I was just asking that he put it in the thread. OTOH I found it but was not too happy with the structures.

The only thing that looked promising was the ME with 50 minute levels. Otherwise it looks like an all-in fest. I think I will be passing this one up for the Foxwoods MegaStacks which I think is running about the same time. BTW I wonder how many of those rooms are taken up by Mommies and Daddies going to the SU graduation ceremonies?
