My hourly was like $35 after 2200 hours of 2/3-2/5 live and I thought I was a good player, probably was extremely good compared to the field, but I would now submit the ceiling is much higher, hard to say exactly where but definitely above the 40-45 mark I'd suggest.

You were playing mainly home games which ups the hands per hour by probably 50% vs lol, QLD Casinos. Presumably, this increases the BB's per hour?
I'm sure the 2019 Meale wouldn't be playing these stakes today simply because you could earn much more playing higher.
Now that I think about it, I guess the real question I would like to be able to answer is at what point does moving up become more profitable than staying down? For example, moving from top 2 in a stake at any table to at least 6th best at a higher stake?
Or is some hybrid of playing 2 stakes simultaneously the best approach depending on the conditions in the card room you play at? For example, play the stake where I consider myself at least top 3 in the line-up that is playing at the moment (where I am, there is only one table of higher stakes with mostly the same money sitting).
