I'm done either engaging the troll or trying to argue with an unstable person after this post. Certainly there is cheating in poker. In places where there is a "professional" dealers, collusion between players is the most likely situation that cheating happens. I happened to get interested in collusion in poker while studying for a graduate school class in public policy that focused on antitrust rules and compliance. I found that looking at the concept of collusion in the poker context made the business/market context make more sense when I was trying to learn it. There is a lot of material on the internet and even on this forum about collusion in poker so I didn't have to do much digging. While I'm certainly no expert on collusion, it is very simple to detect from a player's perspective if one knows what to look for and is paying attention to the game. In fairness to the floor people, it is a very rough thing to catch on their end because it requires viewing several hands over hours and mulitple sessions before one can have enough evidence from the floor's perspective to toss the person. The best course of action for me to take even when I suspect something may not be on the up and up is go to another place if no action will be taken to remedy the situation.
You definitely seem like a champion of human rights with your last statement. Truly ignorant and naive people are the ones that need to most help. Like I said, Good luck and I hope you get help or are having a really fun time trolling!
