The tables there are literally the best tables I've played on. They have to be 4-6 inches longer than most tables. Plenty of room while seated. No being squeezed between players esp vs situations when trying to get a table squared. Not a problem here. Would much rather have room at the table over room between tables. Combine longer tables with cup holders to help morons know where their personal space actually is. Thumbs up for me.
This part should be posted in pet peeves: dealer can you square the table? One player moves 2 inches. No one else moves at all. Ok thanks for trying. I've yet to come across a dealer (let alone players) who ever square the table properly.
Yeah tables are quite nice. Since a lot of poker players don't bathe as often as they should it's nice to have a few more inches between your nose and their armpits. LOL....
Also I noticed they have USB ports for every seat, which is pretty great. I don't know if that's standard but I've definitely seen places that don't have that. My phone definitely can't make it 10-11 hours without a USB port.
And I do play long sessions so those comfy chairs are a godsend. Having the tables like 50% closer together than at Derby doesn't bother me at all. Makes things slightly more noisy but I think that's good for the game. Last thing you want is a quiet poker room IMO.
My only complaint about SHRT so far is that they don't take call-ins for the waitlist, but none of the casinos around here do AFAIK. Also I would prefer the tables had betting lines, but that's no big deal. Dealers seem pretty nice. I've only encountered one who seemed a bit gruff over about 60 hours so far.
