3-9 was the original game.
Are they actually doing a must move game? I didnt know they knew how to do that.

Now I remember why I ****ing hate the hard roock. It took a total of 20 minutes to cash in and cashout, due to needing a supervisor each time. Sooo ridiculous. I was at table 2-9 too which even though it was nitty i was fine playing it when it was 1020, but then they changed it to 5/10 and like 80% of hands were blind steals pf which is ****ing terrible at 5 10 bc every blind steal is still raked 3$ or whatever.

Just because they are doing it doesn't mean they know how.

Bravo System case in point.

funny thing is, I can beat the 5-10 game pretty regularly at HR, but not the 2-5.
Think the 2-5 players are tighter and I tend to chase more b/c it feels cheaper (as a 5-10 regular)
anyone notice this when downshifting?

I think a lot of 2p2'ers know what I look like. Not sure why 8k is that big of a deal. Vlad just posted how he was up 5 (?) digits playing 10/25 PLO. Please rob him and not me.

Sorry to hear you got robbed at UT. I'm not really all that worried about being robbed on campus though, UCF seems to be a pretty safe campus. FSU or USF on the other hand...

Appreciate the advice though, I'm thinking of getting a tazer.
lol deff carry a taser if your the young looking skinny kid i remember playing with on 2-2 on july 1st

no disrespect

Played here for the 1st time in years last night. Started at 2/5 my very 1st hand went like this :

UTG older guy straddled, 4 people limp I have AJo in the BB and make it 55, Straddler calls. Flop is Qs7s2s, he has about 80 left so I put him in, he rechecks his cards like 5 times and tanks for a log time before calling. Board runs out Qs7s2sTx6s he shows 8h6h nh

I played like 50/30 last night at a really fun 5/10 table last night and had a blast

I'll be coming back

Heard some drunk monkey almost played one of the regs heads up for 10K (50/100NL). They were about to get the table started and then he backed out. Sounded pretty funny.

Anyone hear something about that?

Yea him not playing 50/100 heads up was a good idea...especially if he doesnt have the roll. Heads up is very volitile and that dumbazz could have felted your buddy again and again if he ran good.

You need 400K+ to play 50/100 heads up...minimum IMO.

playing a game full time, and taking a shot LIVE 1tabling vs a drunk fish are two completely different scenarios. if the fish was loose passive (low variance), then with as little as 100k you should definitely take a 10k shot at it.

Definitely agree with this. If you have a huge edge, you should take a shot for 10 to 20% of your roll if you have to.

The guy was drunk and rich and wanted to play 50/100 heads up.....I can almost guarantee he wasnt loose passive (low variance), lol.

I mean if you want to take a shot against a drunk fish for a huge chunk of your roll thats cool but the risk of that donkey felting you is pretty high. Even if you get it in with top pair and hes got bottom pair or a flush draw or something hes still got plenty of equity. And if he wins the pot you dont have any more money on you to keep going.....so he takes $$ and you never see him again.

Assuming that a rich, drunk fish isn't loose passive is dumb. Honestly I don't think I've ever played someone HU live who I wouldn't consider passive... even fish or regs who are considered very agressive in a full ring setting are almost invariably passive in a HU match.

And you're looking at it the wrong way. Yes you may get sucked out on, but your edge is huge and these opportunities hardly ever come up. Your hourly in that game is probably like 10x as much as at your standard 5/10 table, and at most you lose 10% of your roll. Ez game.
