there is 6-12 o8 with a 10-20 kill at parkers and hideaway. Not sure the days though. Just call and ask. I guess hideaway has had horse on Fridays or Saturdays. 6-12 as well.

I know about the game at Parker's. It's Wednesdays and sometimes Fridays. Just wanted to know if anyone has actually played in it, what time it starts, if it's any good, etc.

Good to hear, I have been wanting to start playing a lot more Omaha/O8 and figure thats a decent place to start. Just wanted to make sure its an actual good game compared to a couple experiences calling about the status of games only to drive an hour+ to be dissapointed.

Anyone got any insight into the Muckleshoot Nightly NLHE $65 tourney?
Is it worth playing on a "school night"?

I'm a somewhat rusty (mostly) LHE player looking to get some cheap tournament practice, and the Muck is my local card room.

Last I checked, they took out $15 for juice in that tournament. That's pretty friggin' ridiculous, and I'd never play it because of that. Snoqualmie's weekend tournament is a better option. 11 am. $60 buy-in, house adds $500 and it's always $1200+ for first in a full tourney. Incredibly soft field.

3-6 O8 with a 6-12 kill everyday at the Hideaway, apparently gets going at 10am. 6-12 with a 10-20 kill on Wednesdays and Fridays, game starts at 4, usually a full game with a wait list at the start. HORSE on Thursdays and Saturdays I believe, never played in it, just play the O8 games. I like the hideaway, nice floor staff, competent dealers, free meal with 1 hour of play, pretty cheap drinks.

Are you kidding me? Hideaway has games? I'll have to check it out. Are they full of props still, or no?

Is there an easy way to tell who the props are at a table?

I think you can ask for their card/badge. But non-obtrusively, no, I don't think so. Last I heard (a long time ago), the Hideaway was stacked with props because the room was dead.

Some changes at Muckleshoot... They've done away with the progressive Monte Carlo for quads and above. Now, a straight flush or a royal flush will pay ?$1000 for the first and ?$500 for the second once per day, and the payout will be reset if necessary at 3:00 in the morning. Still have the $100 high hand payout every 30 minutes (more on Super Sundays along with free hot dogs) and a bad beat jackpot (now at about $75000), and some sort of mini-"good beat" jackpot that that I'm vague on.

Dunno why it changed, and there seems to be a story there, or at least some confusion among the dealers.

Don't forget to mention the $2 jackpot drop.

WA State Muckleshoot $225 10k chips

I am looking for reviews of this tourney too. What is the fee? I know for the $65 they take absurd $15. Also what are the blind levels like? I know the last 30 minutes but what do they start at and do they double every round? Does this tourney sell out? Do I need to get there hours early to register? What does first place usually play?

How does this tourney compare to the money $165 at the Little Creek?

THANKS!

$100 betting limits at the mini-casinos can theoretically start on Oct 15.

Any new games since the new betting limits started? I'm curious if any of the non-tribal cardrooms that don't currently do spread limit will start offering.

Silver Dollar Mill Creek is going to spread a 3-100 500 max buy in this friday at 7PM. We have 15 names on an interest list but I suspect only 10 will show up. So, we need players to come in.

^^

Definitely interested. I want to play non-FL holdem but I don't have the roll for the 5-500 games at the tribal places. 3-100 sounds cool. Can't commit to be there yet but I will know within 24 hours. Should I call the room to get on the list?

You can call and put your name up but it will be first come first serve. My guess is that we will only get one table (there are three there) unless we have 18 plus five or six in reserve. I don't expect that but would be nice.

Snoqualmie has a 2/5 where the buy-in is $100-$300.
